Last night, I finished The Shepherd’s Crown, Terry Pratchett’s final novel. The witch books in his Discworld series have always been my favorite, and I’m so sad that there won’t be any more. A great mind was taken from us far too soon. Alzheimer’s sucks!
Well, there’s nothing for it but to read all the Discworld novels again.
I bought this book ten years ago. I have no idea whether the author really meant it all or not, but the book made sense to me, and the wanding actually worked – sometimes in a rather spectacular fashion.
Like many homesteaders, I do odd jobs from time to time in order to make ends meet. I recently acquired a writing gig that not only brings in a little money, but also enables me to share my nearly thirty years of accumulated knowledge of witchcraft and the occult. Here’s hoping I’ll be able to help or inspire someone!
